Ang Tisya Hustisya brand at Chatbot ay isang proyekto at pagmamay-ari ng Initiative for Dialogue and Empowerment through Alternative Legal Services (IDEALS), Inc. Bilang isang organisasyon, ang IDEALS, Inc. ay hindi lamang nandito para magbigay ng kaalaman tungkol sa mga karapatan at obligasyon ng mga tao sa ilalim ng batas, datapwat nakatuon din kami sa paggalang sa mga karapatan pantao o Human Rights ng bawat tao, tulad ng karapatan sa informational privacy na nakasaad sa Republic Act No. 10173 o ang Data Privacy Act of 2012. Kaya naman, kami ay naghanda ng ating Privacy Agreement.

Ang Privacy Agreement na ito ay nilalaman ang nananaig na polisiya ng IDEALS, Inc. para kay Tisya Hustisya tungkol sa pagkolekta, paggamit, at pag-protekta sa iyong Personal Information na aming hinihingi bago kami magbigay ng serbisyo sa iyo at para sa aming mga layunin na lehitimo at legal. Paminsan-minsan, babaguhin namin ang Privacy Agreement na ito ayon sa mga pagbabago sa aming polisiya at sa batas. Sa mga pagkakataon na ito, kayo ay aming bibigyan ng anunsyo tungkol dito sa aming website para sa iyong impormasyon at reperensya.

As an organization,  IDEALS, Inc. is here not only to educate the general public of their rights and obligations under the law, but also to be on the forefront of respecting Human Rights of every person, such as the right to information privacy as embodied in Republic Act No. 10173 or the Data Privacy Act of 2012. Hence, we have this Privacy Agreement.

This Privacy Agreement contains the prevailing policy of IDEALS, Inc. for Tisya Hustisya with respect to the collection, use and protection of your Personal Information which we will collect prior to you receiving our service/s and to achieve our legitimate and legal goals. From time to time, we will make amendments to this Privacy Agreement in accordance with the changes in our policy and the law. In that case, we will give you notice of such changes in our website for your information and reference.

Naniniwala ang IDEALS, Inc. na sa panahon ngayon ng Information and Communication Technologies, napaka-importante ng Data Privacy. Kaya naman, nasa tuktok ng aming isipan ang inyong mga karapatan sa ilalim ng Data Privacy Act of 2012.

Kasama sa pagbigay mo ng pagsang-ayon na aming kolektahin, i-proseso, gamitin, at ibahagi ang iyong Personal Information at ng iyong Personal Information mismo ay ang pagtanggap mo rin ng mga nakasaad dito sa Privacy Agreement na ito. Kaugnay nito, nais namin maging malinaw na ikaw ay may mga karapatan kaugnay sa pagbahagi mo ng iyong Personal Information. Ito ay ang mga sumusunod:

1. Ikaw ay may karapatan na mabigyan ng kaalaman tungkol sa mga Personal Information na aming kinokolekta, pinoproseso, nagagamit, at naibahagi sa ibang tao o organisasyon. Bibigyan ka namin ng kaalaman tungkol sa nasabing Personal Information mo hangga’t ang impormasyon na iyong hingin ay hindi kumpidensyal na pagmamay-ari ng IDEALS, Inc, o ang iyong kahilingan sa gayong impormasyon ay hindi para maka-dulot ng pagka-inis or walang sa katwiran;
2. Ikaw ay may karapatan na tumanggi o hindi ibigay ang inyong pagsang-ayon sa pagkolekta, pag-proseso, paggamit, at pagbabahagi ng iyong Personal Information. Ngunit, sa iyong pagtanggi o hindi pagsang-ayon, kami ay maaaring mapilitan na hindi kayo paglingkuran at bigyan ng aming serbisyo;
3. Ikaw ay may karapatan na ipa-suspinde, i-atras, o ipag-utos ang pagharang, pagtanggal, o ang pagbura ng iyong Personal Information na nasa processing system namin kung iyong malaman, suportado ng karampatang ebidensya, na ang iyong Personal Information ay hindi na kailangan para sa mga layunin para sa pagkolekta nito, at para sa mga dahilan na nakasaad sa Data Privacy Act of 2012; at
4. Ikaw ay may karapatan para maghabol ng danyos para sa pinsala na maaari mo matanggap mula sa hindi tumpak, hindi kumpleto, hindi napapanahon, mali, nakuha ng ilegal, o paggamit ng walang pahintulot ng iyong Personal Information. 

Maliban sa mga nabanggit, mayroon ka pang ibang Data Privacy Rights. Para sa kumpletong reperensya ng iyong karapatan sa ilalim ng Data Privacy Act of 2012, maaari ka magtungo sa website ng National Privacy Commission sa www.privacy.gov.ph. Sakali na sa iyong paningin ay nagkaroon ng hindi karapat-dapat o maling paggamit ng iyong Personal Information, o ang isa sa iyong mga Data Privacy Rights ay hindi nirerespeto, maaari ka makipag-ugnayan sa amin.

In relation to this, we would like to inform you of your Data Privacy Rights attached to your Personal Information you shared. Primarily, these are the following:

• You have the right to know information about the Personal Information we collect, process, use, and/or share with other persons and/or our partner organizations. We can give you such information provided that the information you request is not proprietarily owned by IDEALS, Inc., or your request is not vexatious or unreasonable;

• You have the right to refuse to give your consent to collect, process, use or share your Personal Information. However, should you refuse to withhold consent, we may be forced to not render our services;

• You have the right to suspend, withdraw, or order us to block, remove, or delete your Personal Information in our processing system if you have information, duly supported by substantial evidence, that your Personal Information is no longer needed for the declared purpose for which said information was collected, and for other reasons stated in the Data Privacy Act of 2012; and

• You have the right to damages for any injury you might sustain from the incorrect, incomplete, outdated, wrong, illegally collected, or unauthorized use of your Personal Information.
