Tungkol sa IDEALS Inc.

Ang Initiatives for Dialogue and Empowerment through Alternative Legal Services (IDEALS) ay isang lokal na non-profit, non-stock na institusyon na nakatuon sa legal na adbokasiya at paglilingkod. Tinutugunan namin ang mga legal at teknikal na pangangailangan  ng mga marhinalisadong grupo, kabilang ang mga magsasaka, mga indibidwal at komunidad na naapektuhan ng kalamidad, at mga biktima ng paglabag ng karapatang pantao.

 

Inaasam naming magkaroon ng isang lipunang Pilipino na may mga mamamayan na may kapangyarihan, na sinusuportahan ng partisipatibo at mapanagot na pamamahala, pantay na pagtangkilik ng mga yaman at oportunidad, at may abot-kayang hustisya. Layunin naming palakasin ang mga marhinalisadong sektor, at kasama nila na sumulong ng pamamahala at polisiya na nakatuon sa pagpapalagay sa kanilang mga karapatan at pakikilahok sa pamamahala.

We help address the legal and technical needs of the marginalized, disempowered, and vulnerable groups particularly farmers, persons and communities affected by disasters, and victims of human rights violations.

 

We envision a Philippine society with an empowered citizenry sustained by participatory and accountable governance, equitable enjoyment of resources and opportunities, and accessible justice. Ang Privacy Agreement na ito ay naglalaman ng nananaig na polisiya ng Initiative for Dialogue and Empowerment through Alternative Legal Services, Inc. tungkol sa pagkolekta, paggamit, at pag-protekta sa iyong Personal Information na aming hinihingi bago kami magbigay ng serbisyo sa iyo at para sa aming mga layunin na lehitimo at legal. Paminsan-minsan, babaguhin namin ang Privacy Agreement na ito ayon sa mga pagbabago sa aming polisiya at sa batas. Sa mga pagkakataon na ito, kayo ay aming bibigyan ng anunsyo tungkol dito sa aming website para sa iyong impormasyon at reperensya.

Sa iyong pag-akses ng serbisyo ng IDEALS, Inc., ikaw ay pumapayag na kolektahin, i-proseso, gamitin, at ibahagi ang iyong Personal Information at sa mga nakasaad sa Privacy Agreement na ito. Kaugnay nito, nais namin maging malinaw na ikaw ay may mga karapatan kaugnay sa pagbabahagi mo ng iyong Personal Information. Ito ay ang mga sumusunod:  
  1.         1. Ikaw ay may karapatan na mabigyan ng kaalaman tungkol sa mga Personal Information na aming kinokolekta, pinoproseso, nagagamit, at naibahagi sa ibang tao o organisasyon. Bibigyan ka namin ng kaalaman tungkol sa nasabing Personal Information mo hangga’t ang impormasyon na iyong hingin ay hindi kumpidensyal na pagmamay-ari ng IDEALS, Inc, o ang iyong kahilingan sa gayong impormasyon ay hindi para maka-dulot ng pagka-inis or walang sa katwiran;
  2.         2. Ikaw ay may karapatan na tumanggi o hindi ibigay ang inyong pagsang-ayon sa pagkolekta, pag-proseso, paggamit, at pagbabahagi ng iyong Personal Information. Ngunit, sa iyong pagtanggi o hindi pagsang-ayon, kami ay maaaring mapilitan na hindi kayo paglingkuran at bigyan ng aming serbisyo;
  3.         3. Ikaw ay may karapatan na ipa-suspinde, i-atras, o ipag-utos ang pagharang, pagtanggal, o ang pagbura ng iyong Personal Information na nasa processing system namin kung iyong malaman, suportado ng karampatang ebidensya, na ang iyong Personal Information ay hindi na kailangan para sa mga layunin para sa pagkolekta nito, at para sa mga dahilan na nakasaad sa Data Privacy Act of 2012; at
  4.         4. Ikaw ay may karapatan para maghabol ng danyos para sa pinsala na maaari mo matanggap mula sa hindi tumpak, hindi kumpleto, hindi napapanahon, mali, nakuha ng ilegal, o paggamit ng walang pahintulot ng iyong Personal Information. 
Para sa kumpletong listahan ng iyong karapatan sa ilalim ng Data Privacy Act of 2012, maaari kang tumungo sa website ng National Privacy Commission sa www.privacy.gov.ph. Kung sa tingin mo ay nagkaroon ng hindi karapat-dapat o maling paggamit ng iyong Personal Information, o ang isa sa iyong mga Data Privacy Rights ay hindi nirerespeto, maaari kang makipag-ugnayan sa amin.

In relation to this, we would like to inform you of your Data Privacy Rights attached to your Personal Information you shared. Primarily, these are the following:  
  1.         1. You have the right to know information about the Personal Information we collect, process, use, and/or share with other persons and/or our partner organizations. We can give you such information provided that the information you request is not proprietarily owned by IDEALS, Inc., or your request is not vexatious or unreasonable;
  2.         2. You have the right to refuse to give your consent to collect, process, use or share your Personal Information. However, should you refuse to withhold consent, we may be forced to not render our services;
  3.         3. You have the right to suspend, withdraw, or order us to block, remove, or delete your Personal Information in our processing system if you have information, duly supported by substantial evidence, that your Personal Information is no longer needed for the declared purpose for which said information was collected, and for other reasons stated in the Data Privacy Act of 2012; and
  •         4. You have the right to damages for any injury you might sustain from the incorrect, incomplete, outdated, wrong, illegally collected, or unauthorized use of your Personal Information.

Should you believe that there has been an improper use of your Personal Information, or violation of any of your Data Privacy Rights, you may contact us.]

We collect personal data about you in a number of different ways including:

Ang iyong ibinahaging Personal Information ay maaari namin magamit ayon sa mga sumusunod:

  •        1. To aid us in providing free legal advice to you, in improving our current services and in forming and potentially adding new services;
  •        2. As data to be used in discovering trends or insights that may be utilized in our research and published in a Research Paper which takes a form of, but not limited to, Policy Papers;
  •        3.To share to our partner organizations for their own use in their own research; and
  1.        4. If needed, to comply with the law and legal processes, such as court order, existing legal obligation, or to avoid potential injury to public security, safety or order.

Aming pinoprotektahan ang iyong Personal Information sa pamamagitan ng pagkakaroon ng karampatang pag-iingat para mapanatili ang kumpedentyalidad at pribadong katangian nito at para maiwasan ang pagkawala, pagnanakaw, o paggamit nang walang pahintulot at nang labag sa batas.

 

Mayroon lamang kaming piling mga empleyado na mayroong pahintulot na mangolekta, mag-proseso, gumamit at mag-bahagi ang iyong Personal Information. Maliban sa mga awtorisadong empleyadong ito, at mga katuwang na organisasyon ng IDEALS, Inc., amin lamang bibigyan ng access sa iyong Personal Information ikaw o ang iyong awtorisadong representatibo, pagkatapos magpakita ng karampatang patunay ng pagkakakilanlan at nakasulat na awtorisasyon.

Hindi namin ibibigay, ibebenta o ibabahagi ang iyong Personal Information kanino man, maliban na lamang kung may pagsang-ayon mo.

Ang iyong Personal Information ay mananatili sa aming database sa loob ng limang taon mula sa huling interaksyon mo sa IDEALS, Inc. Pagkalipas ng nasabing panahon, o kung ikaw ay magpadala ng Formal Letter Request bago ang nasabing panahon, ang iyong Personal Information sa aming database ay mabubura at ang anumang pisikal na dokumento namin na naglalaman ng iyong Personal Information ay pipilasin hanggang sa hindi na mabasa ang nilalaman nito.

We only have a select few of employees in IDEALS, Inc. who are authorized to collect, process, use, and share your Personal Information. Aside from these authorized personnel and our partner organizations, we will only give access to your Personal Information to you or your authorized representative, after presentation of an ID and a written authorization.

We will not give, sell, or share your information to anyone, unless you have consented thereto.

Your Personal Information will remain in our database for five years from your last interaction withI IDEALS, Inc. After the lapse of said period, or prior thereto but upon a Formal Letter Request, your Personal Information shall be deleted from our database and any physical document containing such shall be shredded.]
